StayFit is developed by N3D LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how StayFit handles information when a user uses the app on iOS or Android. By using StayFit, the user agrees to the practices described in this Policy.
StayFit is built to keep the user's information private by keeping it on the user's device. StayFit does not operate servers, does not collect personal information, and does not use analytics or advertising. In short, the user's data stays with the user.
StayFit has no account system and does not require the user to register or sign in. StayFit does not collect personal information about the user. The content the user creates is stored only on the user's device, including:
This information is never transmitted to StayFit or to any third party. If the user sets a profile photo, camera and photo access are used only to choose that image, which is stored on the user's device.
If the user chooses to connect the device's health service (Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android), StayFit accesses the following, and only with the user's permission:
This data is managed by Apple Health or Health Connect on the user's device. StayFit does not transmit it anywhere, and the user can review or revoke access at any time in the Apple Health or Health Connect settings.
Because the user's data stays on the user's device, StayFit uses it solely to provide the app's features to the user, such as displaying the muscle map, recovery, training history, and progress. StayFit does not use the user's information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the app on the user's device.
StayFit does not sell, rent, trade, or share the user's information. Because StayFit does not collect or store the user's data on its own systems, there is nothing to share or disclose to third parties.
The user's data is stored locally on the user's device. Depending on the user's settings, it may be included in the user's device or cloud backups (such as iCloud on iOS or Google backups on Android), which are controlled by Apple or Google, not by StayFit. The user decides how long the data is kept: the user can delete individual entries in the app, or remove everything by deleting StayFit.
StayFit does not use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising services, and does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or device identifiers to track the user across other apps or websites.
If the user purchases a subscription, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on the user's platform. StayFit never receives or stores the user's payment details; the app store provides only aggregate, anonymized sales information.
StayFit is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed to children under 13. StayFit does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because StayFit keeps data on the user's device and does not transmit it, no such information is collected by StayFit.
The user remains in control of their data at all times:
Depending on where the user lives, the user may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because StayFit does not collect or store the user's personal data on its systems, there is nothing to retrieve or erase. The user's data remains under the user's control on the user's device.
StayFit may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When it does, the effective date above will be revised and, for material changes, the update will be noted within the app. The user's continued use of StayFit after an update means the user accepts the revised Policy.
For questions about this Privacy Policy, the user can contact N3D LLC at admin@stayfit.dev.
